Dining takes food safety and sanitation very seriously. Staff are trained and recertified every five years to ensure we are adhering to the most current best practices and standards in the industry. Nearly all Dining staff are trained and certified in ServeSafe.
We are also committed to keep our students safe. Employees are trained in proper food preparation methods to prevent allergic reactions. Staff participate in AllerTrain on an annual basis, and are recertified every five years.
In addition, management personnel are certified in the administration of CPR and epinephrine.
