Free From The Top 9 Allergens, So You Can Eat With Confidence
The newest station in '53 Commons, A9, is where everything served is free from the Top 9 allergens and gluten-free.
Each day, at both lunch and dinner, we serve a different entrée, two sides, soup, salad and dressing, and dessert, Monday through Friday. Simple breakfast, too!
The station is Certified Free From by MenuTrinfo, a third-party independent contractor. Rigorous standards ensure all ingredients are researched and chosen for safety. Monthly testing takes place to ensure no cross-contact.
The MenuTrinfo program has been recognized by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) National Accreditation Board (ANAB) as meeting rigorous International Standards Organization (ISO) 17065 standards for certifying bodies.
