Have food allergies? Our commitment is to allergen-safe service. Our dedicated "A9" station is AllerCheck™ approved and earned a Certificate of Achievement from the nation's leading food allergy experts, MenuTrinfo®, LLC. AllerCheck™ helps you dine confidently and find foods that fit your needs.
All our menu items are free of the TOP 9 most common allergens – dairy, egg, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, and sesame seeds.
We understand how serious and possibly life-threatening food allergies can be, so we prepare all menu offerings using proper food handling methods. Our culinarians and dining staff are trained and certified in the MenuTrinfo® allergy training program (ANAB Accreditation).
Monthly surface testing is completed in the A9 station to ensure no cross-contact or contamination is occurring.
