Dartmouth Dining offers at all of our venues a wide array of vegan and vegetarian options from local and regional partners.
Dartmouth Dining received an A+ on peta2’s most recent annual Vegan Report Card for “going above and beyond to provide all students with exceptional vegan food.” Peta2 is a youth-based division of PETA, the animal rights organization called People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals. Grading was based on a review of completed questionnaires and dining hall menus of myriad colleges and universities across the country.
Our all-you-care-to-eat facility offers:
DAILY
7:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m., 9:30 p.m. - 1:30 a.m.
Collis is a terrific place to create your own omelet, pasta toss, or stir-fry. All options can be modified to your dietary preference. Create your own smoothie or try one of the delicious vegan baked goods. Plus, don't forget to try our delicious Boba Tea Bar!
Vegans and vegetarians love our grab 'n go, salad bar, and sushi offerings.

Courtyard Café features a variety of vegan and vegetarian selections. Try a veggie burger from the grill, our vegan soup, Vermont kosher items, grab 'n go items, or a salad from Gathering Greens.

Located in the Baker-Berry Library, the Novack Café has your vegan and vegetarian grab 'n go needs covered with bagels, salads, and sandwiches. Try a soy milk latte or a vegan energy bar as a treat during the day.

Our newest cafe located in Anonymous Hall serves our graduate population near the Geisel School of Medicine and is open to all students, faculty, and staff. ramekin serves signature hot soups and sandwiches, Starbucks Coffee beverages, and fresh salads.
